BIOGRAPHY
Jason R. Poucher is the principle owner of Dealer Support Network, a company founded to meet the needs of the automotive industry through a new innovative business model. As an accomplished businessman, Mr. Poucher recognized the industry's unique needs and an untapped business opportunity.
Mr. Poucher graduated from Stephen F. Austin in Nacogdoches in 1992 with his Bachelors Degree in Business. His academic major was in Marketing and his minor was in Management with an emphasis in Real Estate. Early in his career he went to work with the National recruiting firm, Staffing Edge as a Sr. Manager. The company was later purchased by a larger corporation with an even broader National reach, Acsys Inc.
As the Company grew, so too did Mr. Poucher's success. His skills and tenacity were perfectly suited for the world of recruiting and in time, his accomplishments brought notable success in the industry. In 1997, Mr. Poucher was approached by the internationally renowned recruiting firm, Robert Half where as a Sr. Manager, he lead a team of more than 35 recruiters.
With over a decade of experience under his belt, he made his first placement in the Automotive Industry with AutoNation. He wasted no time opening doors with executives who valued his ability to build relationships and identify quality talent.
As his knowledge of "all things automotive" expanded, Mr. Poucher found himself being sought by dealers who desired information brewing within the industry. Recognizing the unique nuances of the industry that were unaddressed by the recruiting world, he set his course and, over 15 years ago, began a new venture in brokerage of car dealerships. He was then able to make an introduction that resulted in the sale of a dealership and again he found himself standing at the edge of an untapped niche market. He began his buy/sell brokerage business in Texas, later pursued his education in Real Estate, and now is quickly expanding the business to other States in the nation.
Today, Dealer Support Network's unique approach to mainly represent Buyers, combined with its Consultants' ample experience, education, skills and talent are the perfect formula to offer unparalleled services to the Automotive industry in the buy/sell arena.
